Built in 2025, this modern Dallas home was designed for concert weekends, Fair Park events, family trips and city getaways. Groups can stay together without sacrificing privacy, since every bedroom functions like its own suite with a private full bathroom and smart TV. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens and towels, a dedicated workspace, a pull-out sofa and a private dual-temperature plunge that cools to 32°F or heats to 104°F.
Where you'll sleep
Each bedroom includes a smart TV, fresh linens, towels and space to unpack. A half bathroom on the first floor means visitors do not need to use a bedroom bathroom.
Location
Walk approximately 10 minutes to Fair Park, the Cotton Bowl and Dos Equis Pavilion. Downtown Dallas is about a 6-minute drive, giving you convenient access to restaurants, nightlife, museums and major attractions.

Yes. The State Fair of Texas takes place at Fair Park each fall, about a 10-minute walk from the front door. Dates during the fair fill early.
Up to 8. Three bedrooms each have a private full bathroom (king, two full beds, queen), and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed.
Self check-in is available through the front-door keypad. Your unique access code and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.
The Sun Home plunge is one dual-temperature unit, not two separate tubs. It can be heated or chilled, but it cannot provide hot and cold water simultaneously. Changing between modes takes time, and actual temperatures may vary with ambient conditions. Guests must follow the provided operating and safety instructions. Children must be supervised around the plunge at all times.
Half of the garage is reserved for the plunge area. Please use the large driveway for parking additional vehicles if needed.
Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor entry and parking areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in the garage plunge area.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Parties and unauthorized events are not allowed without pre-approval.
Dallas Love Field (DAL) is about a 15–20 minute drive, and DFW International is about a 28-minute drive.
The Arlington stadiums are about 25 to 35+ minutes by car under normal traffic. Allow extra time on game and event days.

The home has a private Sun Home dual-temperature plunge in the garage. It is one unit that heats to about 104°F for a hot soak or chills to about 32°F for a cold plunge, rather than a separate hot tub.
